The Coin Toss Scene rendered in real-time
Virtual Production short project as a digital replicate of the film No Country for Old men, the Coin Toss Scene.
This is a performance captured short animated film was made with Motive, Faceware, Motion Builder, Maya, Substance Painter and Unity 3D in HD Render Pipeline.
This piece demonstrates my following skills:
Directing and Virtual Production
Environmental Art and Digital Lighting
Character Modeling
Animation retargeting with performance captured body and facial data
Time-Sync management
The Current Version is the V2 update I made for Feb 2019 with following improvements:
Improved scriptable render pipeline and lightmap texture quality.
More robust animation retargeting with Motion-builder and Maya.
New activation track in the Timeline to solve the blocking issue.
Physical Camera has been applied to the project to achieve more realism camera feeling.
Improved color correction, particle effects. Enforced aspect ratio natively in the Unity engine.
I may make more improvements to have physic X engine for animation in the future.
